Is Monet the one who painted the cathedral at every hour of the day to catch the changing light and color changes accompanying day's shifts? Or was that Manet? Monet has the gardens at Giverny [sp?], right? I think Manet did the studies of light on color. Darn. I wanted the hag study to have something to do with Manet's cathedral. I wanted a lesson to come out of the hours of staring.
