I enjoyed this, but I think the message in these last three lines might be written stronger
around 'confusion'.

your summation of the conservative and liberal mindsets is, in a word, brilliant----we here in the west are indeed the great ourobouros, forever devouring ourselves----and thus has it always been, ever since the patriarchy decided to elevate itself above all life, replacing both the biological life values of the Mother who is Earth, and the spiritual life values of the Mother who is Godde, with the world monetary system and its all-controlling worship of the proverbial golden calf...
