"December/January 2008 Dear Lynn Doiron: Nimrod International Journal is delighted to accept for publication in our spring issue featuring Mexico: "Dia De Los Muertos Conversations" and "Road Work in Baja and The Middle School Boy". We also suggest, because of the fine quality of all of your work, that you submit unpublished work to the Nimrod Awards competition (see www.utulsa.edu/nimrod) deadline April 30th of each year." Way to go, Chicky!!!!!!~ Congratulations all over the place!!!!!! The Nimrod International Journal has been publishing the work of artists for over 50 years. Thanks Sherry. The trick is: you gotta submit! I was stunned when they sent me the news. And I owe Ron Wallace for giving me heads up about the Mexico issue and that I should submit some of my Rosarito work.
