Billy Collin’s Ballistic is the last book in the box. It fills an emptiness next to Byron that moves from box to state of mind.
Leaving Neruda is like leaving a lover— all of them— their words—all of them— lovers of a kind, left behind.

All my poets, save two, Wilbur and Frank O'Hara, are in storage until the traveling gypsy band of Milk and Margharitas decides where they plan to land after they've conquered the lyric-scenery of Mexico.
The next AWP conference is in Denver in 2010. Plan on it.
I'll email you from Sherry's.
Too cool!!! David, Sherry and I get to meet Piper Friday night in Raleigh!!!
Why don't you ask Marion to coach you for a few months, one on one, in the classroom on haiku, if she has the time.
She's very good. In fact, I've learned more from her about haiku that I did from Susan at H.
Moi, the soon to be traveling in forty-eight hours poetling friend of yours.
