Thanks M...I'm not in my NZ home, I'm in the city of Brisbane;

where everyone walks past shops to cool down from the icy blast ..bit like a cold shower. But the environmental impact of it all ...appalls!

an effective piece, Alfredo----you've set up a compelling scene to describe the ultimately self-defeating futility of much of contemporary life----I like that last short phrase of the last line best, "n to the power of n)"----that's scary, because it's real...
