Hi, everyone. I've been off the site since last August. Although I've been posting poems occasionally on another site (two others, actually, where I occasionally bump into some of you) I feel that there are a number of very good poets on EP whose opinions I have really missed. So I'm coming back to see if I can get some of those opinions and to try to make a greater contribution to the site than I did in my earlier tenures on EP. I'm kind of nervous to be back and am already intimidated by the depth of analysis that so many of you do when you review poems that I don't seem to be able to do. But I will toss in my (sometimess useless) two cents and hope that it is in some way helpful.

Ken,
You don't need to qualify the time you spend here, I'm just delighted you visit when you can.
Hi to Ann.

It's just good to find your voice here again, my friend, and whatever you offer in the way of critique and suggestion will be far better than my poor attempts. Let's just not discuss the first Yankee-Red Sox series; Maggie's already slipped the first barb there, and I have no retort. Ron

Ken, I appreciate your letter. I have been a member since August 2006, and have only 132 posts accredited to me on this site, even though I have visited EP almost everyday. I am a poet whom employs a lot of structure, and I am always looking for that "next" song. I mainly only feel adequate enough in giving constructive comments in regard to the poetry of the poets of "my own kind", in which I don't see many of; yet, I feel grateful I have found a bunch of poets, like you, to be a part of. I, too, am on a couple other poetry sites, and I don't feel the homey feeling that I have felt here at EP. I appreciate Maggie, and a few others; and I feel like I know so many great people, here. Thank you for your humility and openness that you have expressed in this thread, Ken. It just makes me feel that much more comfortable. _Angel

Hail! Hail! The gangs all here! Seems the timing is ripe for the prodigal poets to reunite in force. I'm so excited to see you here, Ken and I am looking forward to reading your work. My best to Ann and your family!

Hello, Ken! My thoughts are with you, and I am glad to see your words here. There are already old mutual memories related to this site, and when I share some words with you and with other special and kind poets here I feel the same feeling I have for every other friend I can see in person in my life, in my country, in my town... Thanks for posting this! Greetings to you and to your family! Vasile
