Shawn, I think this should be in the short story forum. It is
too long and detailed even for a narrative poem or prose
poem. If I were to review it as a poem I would condense
it and delete most of the stanza's after S4. Then add
the four stanza's from the bottom, but in its present
state it is a short story.
Interesting but also needs trimming and tweaking as a short story.

Thanks for the input, taking the time to view it as a poem and a short story perspective. Moving this to a short story forum and look into trimming and tweaking it, great advice.
