I love your caustic remove----it is hot...
I love the tragi-comedic humor----especially the second S, with its oscillating vets and their winded tears-cum-beercan solipsisms----those are brilliant lines, my friend...
couldn't you just say "oscillating aftershock"? do you have to include the "from your"?
hugs, michael

I think I'm missing something here, something that I don't get because I'm out of the loop in a cultural sense . . ., but, moving along here . . ., I like the poem. Edgy and sharp. Whatever it means . . . Grins here and thanks. lynn

Thanks Michael and Lynn. I guess where I'm coming from Lynn it makes as much sense to ask what a painting "means" as what a poem "means". But I'm glad you enjoyed it.
