Hi all,

Just got this PM from Ron with lots of wonderful news.


First a whining, pouting congratulations on the Sox advancing. They should fold up for the Indians though, My God 61 years since a world championship.

Second SOSU is giving me a $250 honorarium to read at the campus library as a part of their annual Native American Symposium. I'm hoping for a big name headliner to be there.

Third I won second place in the Environmental Poetry category for the anthology publication of Grand Mother Earth 2007 National Awards, $35 and two copies of the anthology. I can retire early now. Seriously I'm pretty proud grandmotherearth.org is out of Memphis, Tn I think.

Just thought I'd share with you as I eat my yankee crow. Ron
