Cause and Effect, a satire

bump grind grate
bionic tectonic plates
ribonucleic acids wait
ancestors climb to present time

back and forth they hate

keenly conceptual bodiless minds
decide which wet
wiggly swimmer’s goat
their chosen zygote gets
in order to become
the you they would create
who will obediently do
all they can dictate

we but sorry fools
to think we own ourselves

just mere compositees
behaviors long ago
grandly pre-programmed
with finales set to go
inside those infamous
infinite ranges
of dubiously voiced
quantum possibilities
of lust
that revels and combines
in vast fields of choice
comprised of dust

it’s all been done before
and more and more and more
than we will ever know

we cleverly depreciate
and rapidly deteriorate
over-built and undersold
condos made to store
ancestral minds galore

I found quite a bit to digest here, Michael...chock full of nutrients and quite pithy. The first stanza is a gem, with its "bionic tectonic plates" and RNA......quite ingenious...as is your play with getting one's (zy)gote....
In S5.......you want to use the plural verb, revel since you are using the plural (possibilities, i.e. they).

I want to read this over several times, because as thick as it is, I probably overlooked a few key points.
