most complete...
life is but a walking shadow, a poor player that struts and frets his hour upon th stage and is hear no more.... or something along those lines
it is there and then not illumination erases concepts
again... visual and conceptual ... lovely.

"Leela" I'm going to have to remember that. What a great word. and a great job writing this. I was watching the clouds as they crossed the sun today and flew their shadows across the ground, causing the lines of the trees on the grass to disappear and reappear. I thought it lovely then. and this here stands as the positive to my negative thought, a perfect picture, with an all encompassing meaning. well done! -piper

I've been meaning to tell you how much I liked this fine piece, Rama, but have been distracted with work. I've read this a number of times now, and really like the image you paint here. Ron

I've just come across this today, rama. I like it. It makes me think. And the thinking makes me question the light which comes and the shadows vanish . . . and the opposite seems true in that it is only with light that shadows are visible. And so I must rethink the poem in terms of spiritual shadows and spiritual light. Not my usual way of looking at things. Wanted you to know I have read and reread and liked and not liked and have come back around to liking again. lynn
